How Do I View and Manage My Tickets in the Customer Portal? Follow
Use this article when a user needs to view, sort, or search their support tickets in the Customer Portal, or manage their comments and followed articles. This covers finding your own requests, CC'd requests, and organization requests, plus tracking article contributions and follows.
Use Case
User wants to review the status of their support tickets in the Customer Portal, or keep track of articles they've commented on or are following.
Managing Tickets
- To review your tickets, choose Your Tickets from the homepage.
- Locate requests that you have submitted under My requests.
- Review tickets that you have been CC'd on under Requests I'm CC'd on.
- If applicable, you may also view tickets submitted within your organization under Organization requests.
- Under any of the request tabs, you may sort by Open, Solved, Awaiting Your Reply, and Any.
- In the search requests bar, you can search for tickets by keywords, request type, or ticket number.
Managing Content
- On any article available in the Customer Portal, you can provide comments and feedback. You can track your comments for responses under Contributions.
- For articles that are helpful and for quick reference, click the
button. You will be able to quickly reference all documents you are following under Following.
