Client Service Portal updates coming July 21, 2021
Our July update offers these new features:
- For facilities using our Integrated VOIP dialer for Smart Devices, you will now be able to set department and facility escalation numbers. This setting will allow rollover calls if the care team member is unable to answer.
- Management of your users is now easier! You can add, change, edit, and even add apostrophes to practitioner and care team Active Directory usernames when needed!
