Clearing Your Web Browser's Cache Follow

As PerfectServe releases new web versions, you may need to clear your browser's cache in order to access our new features and functionality. If you experience issues after a new release, please attempt the following steps to alleviate:

  1. Clear any past data (cache) for the site. For help, reference the below guide (separated by browser) for step-by-step instructions to clear your cache.
  2. Try opening the page in another browser to see if you have the same experience. Security settings can be different per browser.
  3. If you are still experiencing an issue, try restarting your computer to start a new session on your desktop.
