1. Go to www.perfectserve.com and click Sign In.
2. Login with your PerfectServe username and password.
3. Select Status on the navigation menu.
4. Then, select the practice site status that needs to be updated.
5. In the Event Details window, select the applicable greeting in the drop-down list at the top. Choose “Lunch”, “Holiday”, "Weather", or “Closed”. Then, adjust the timeframe according to when the office is closed for lunch, the holiday, etc.
6. When finished, click Save.
