Care Team Web Beta User Guide​ Follow

To Join the Beta Program:
To join the beta program you simply need to add "beta" to the website you use to login to PerfectServe. Starting on April 30th you can navigate to https://careteambeta.perfectserve.com/#/facility/XXXX/provisioning to participate in the beta. The XXXX is your 4 digit facility code that you can find by looking at your URL. Ex. (https://careteambeta.perfectserve.com/#/QAAH/Provisioning) Your login will be the same that you normally use to login. 

For Any Issues Encountered with the Beta Website:

For any issues encountered with the Beta Website please send an email with your experience to beta@perfectserve.com or report the issue to your Customer Success Advisor.

All you need to do to navigate out of the beta program is to remove "Beta" from your URL and go back to the link you would normally use.
